Terms of Service
Last updated: October 31, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and CrewSharp ("CrewSharp," "we," "us") for using the CrewSharp website and apps (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you agree for that company, and "you" includes it.
The Service
CrewSharp helps builders coordinate subcontractors: schedules, invites, check-ins, issues and delays, punch lists, payment status, and reports. Subs can use the personal link a builder sends them without an account, or make an optional free account to see all their builders in one place.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information.
- Keep your password and sign-in links private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Owners control their company's account, including who is invited as an owner or project manager and what they can access.
- Sub links work like keys: anyone with the link can use it. Builders can reset a sub's link at any time.
Your data
Your company owns the information it puts into CrewSharp. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to provide and improve the Service. You can export or delete your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You're responsible for having the right to enter the information you add, including subs' names and phone numbers.
Text messages
If you use CrewSharp to send texts to subs, you confirm that each sub has agreed to receive work-related texts from your company, such as invites, reminders, and job updates, and you won't use the Service to send marketing messages. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. See Text messages in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload harmful code, try to access another company's data, or interfere with the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Free trial, plans, and billing
- New companies get a free trial. No card is needed to start it.
- To keep using the Service after the trial, an owner picks a paid plan. Plans are billed in advance each month until canceled.
- You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Except where required by law, payments aren't refundable.
- We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing prices for an existing plan.
- Sub accounts are free.
Ending your account
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if a paid plan goes unpaid. When a company's account ends, we'll delete its information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to the Service and these terms
We're improving CrewSharp all the time and may add, change, or remove features. If we change these terms in an important way, we'll let account owners know before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." It's a coordination tool: it doesn't replace your own judgment about scheduling, safety, inspections, payments, or contracts. We don't guarantee the Service will always be available or error-free, or that texts and emails will always be delivered.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, CrewSharp isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
